Meet Bobbi-Rhea
I’ve spent my career building things that matter.
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked across community, nonprofit and business spaces - building organizations, leading teams, cultivating partnerships, raising resources, and helping ideas move from possibility to action.
As co-founder and longtime leader of Mackie’s Place, I know firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up, navigate uncertainty, and create the relationships and foundations that allow good work to grow.
Today, I bring that experience to Fixed Roots — helping leaders, founders and organizations turn vision into action and build what matters to them.
