FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Bobbi-Rhea. I am a community builder and strategist. For over 30 years, I have walked alongside children, youth, families, and the organizations that support them. I have seen what meaningful work looks like. I have also seen what happens when what sits underneath it does not hold.
What I noticed is that we were working hard, but something underneath was not taking root.
That is what led me to build Fixed.
To change happens through people and relationships, over time. Most of it happens in ordinary moments.
